Using My Plans
If you are registered for My Plans, you can log in to change your personal details like your address, email address and telephone number.
- In My Plans, click My details in the main menu
- Click Change my contact details above your address
- Add in your new details as necessary and click Submit
If you don't have a My Plans account
If you don't have a My Plans account, contact us to change your personal details. Please quote your policy number, customer reference number or direct debit/standing order reference.
