What is a Scottish Bond (a tax-exempt savings plan (TESP))?

A Scottish Bond is tax-free investing using your tax-exempt savings allowance exclusively available to friendly societies.

Under current Government rules you can put a maximum of £25 a month or £270 a year into a tax-exempt savings plan (TESP), which also includes a small amount of life cover.
